Transport Compliance & Safety
Last updated: August 2026 · Official Regulatory & Commercial Standards
1. Mandatory Provider Document Verification
All transport providers undergo verification before dispatching on the network. Verification includes validation of Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance schedules, Public Liability policies, Vehicle Operator Licences (where applicable), and driver CPC certifications.
2. Vehicle Roadworthiness & Equipment
Vehicles registered on the platform (Artics, 26t, 18t, 7.5t, Luton vans) must adhere to UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) guidelines, including regular safety inspections, tail-lift LOLER testing, and valid MOT certificates.
3. Electronic POD & Audit Integrity
Digital Proof of Delivery records are generated with cryptographic timestamping and immutable storage to protect both shippers and hauliers against cargo loss, transit damage claims, and demurrage disputes.
